    Pay the extra money and stay some place else. It’s midnight and some place by lives a bunch of motor heads who hot rod around back n forth. The leave 2 sets of ear plugs on the nightstand for you if that tells you anything. The a/c unit which works well but is is falling apart and the tv I believe was once owned by Papa Smurf. LOL. Meaning the screen is extremely blue and even a color reset does nothing.

    No one at the desk when we arrived. People were drinking and smoking by the pool right in front of our room. Drunk guy refused to leave, but eventually management called security. Room smelled like smoke. They offered to spray, but then we opted to switch rooms so that was better. Breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage, waffles. Half the toaster was broken.

    MUY MAL SERVICIO, VERY BAD SERVICE. There are fleas!!!! The “non smoking” rooms smell like marihuana. The doors do not close properly. Customer service from Stephanie is awful and she is very rude. They promised complementary breakfast and they didn’t have eggs, just briskets covered with gravy. Stephanie promised me a refund and she didn’t honored it. The beds make a lot of noise. There are not blankets. The lamps don’t work. IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I will not go back again.

    Extremely bad experience! Very dirty room and dirty sheets and pillows and blanket! A lot of noises was there about construction! Very rude staff and even more rude management! We couldn’t sleet at all all the night! Please, please don’t waste your time, your nerve and time and don’t book this hotel!!!

    I booked this room for my husband. He was mortified, to say the least. When he got there, the room hadn’t been cleaned, there were dirty towels on the floor, trash, open drinks, etc. There were also no amenities (no soap, no shampoo, etc.) He had to leave right away because he was late to meet our daughter. There was cleaning staff outside and he let them know. Both of them said it wasn’t their room. That night, he went to shower and the only towel that looked like it could have potentially been new (since it was hung and there was no one in the front desk), had a poop stain on it. The next morning, he left to our daughters graduation at 7am, no one at the desk again. I called Expedia and asked them to please call the staff to get a refund for that night since I had to book elsewhere. The staff at this place refused. When he got back, they had people cleaning the room. But, it was too late. Disappointing and beyond disgusting. Please avoid at all costs.
