Very bad staff makes subway based on offer
Terrible experience. The staff member working here was extremely rude and unprofessional. We ordered a simple veggie Subway sandwich, yet were charged $15, which felt completely unreasonable.
On top of that, she barely responded to our questions and showed no basic customer service skills. Very disappointing service — I would not recommend this location.

We ordered online, one of the subs being a veggie patty. Once we got there they said they were out of the patties and do we want to substitute. Said sure, the chicken. They said no, you can only have the veggie delight actually. I don't want that, I'll pay the difference for the chicken. They STILL said no, we'll cancel the order instead. Now y'all get no money 👍🏻

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff member was an Indian lady who served me was extremely rude and dismissive from the start. When I asked her for extra toppings, she barely added any and made an obvious face, like it was a huge inconvenience to do her job. The attitude was unnecessary and uncomfortable.
I specifically asked for the sandwiches to be wrapped properly because there was a lot of sauce, and she was clearly annoyed by that request too. Surprise surprise — when I got home, the sandwiches were leaking everywhere. Sauce all over the wrapper, the bag, and basically ruined the meal.
On top of the bad service, the sandwiches themselves weren’t even good. Sloppy, poorly made, and not worth the money at all.
If you don’t want to serve customers or take simple requests seriously, maybe customer service isn’t the right job. I won’t be coming back.
