I would say this is the most helpful cricket wireless store I've been to. They have excellent customer service especially the worker Shailesh he answered all of my questions without getting annoyed and walked me through everything before I bought my device. He also helped me get the phone I wanted even if it wasn't in the store with lightning fast delivery.
