  My experience at the store was quick and easy. I want to give a huge thank-you to Erik for providing truly exceptional customer service at the USPS store. From the very beginning, Erik was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and spoke in such a calm and collected manner, even though the store was extremely busy and there were many customers waiting. He never made me feel rushed or like I was being a bother. Erik helped me ship two standard boxes, but more importantly, he helped me with something I was extremely worried about: shipping a giant, irregularly shaped tub all the way back home to New York. Rather than making the situation seem complicated or impossible, Erik quickly assessed what needed to be done and walked me through several different options. He even explained a service where the USPS could repack my items using stronger, more appropriate shipping materials to help ensure everything arrived safely and without being damaged or broken. Throughout the entire process, Erik was incredibly kind and reassuring. He clearly explained each option, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood what needed to be done. I especially appreciated that he took the time to help me find the best solution to what I needed. What could have been a very stressful and anxious experience became much easier because of Erik. He genuinely eased my worries and gave me confidence that my belongings would be safely shipped across the country. Erik is a wonderful example of what outstanding customer service should look like. His professionalism, patience, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference. I am incredibly grateful for all of his help. Thank you so much, Erik, for making a stressful situation feel manageable and for treating me with such kindness and care.

  I had a smooth and pleasant experience at the UPS store in Rialto on Renaissance Parkway. The staff greeted me right away and worked quickly and kindly to help with my Amazon return. When I had trouble finding my QR code, Devon patiently walked me through the steps. Really appreciated the great customer service.
