Find another store. The owner is rude and dismissive and talks down to his staff. The store misplaced a stack of mail during the holidays that included multiple checks for payment. Has lost other mail. I've been calling for two days to speak to someone and sent an email. NO response. Terrible customer service from the owner. His employees are the best thing about the store (they're great- very kind and helpful when they can be).

In this state of economy I really don’t like to leave a bad review unless forced to, and this is one of those situations! I came in to refuse a package and the girls (seemed new and didn’t know how to navigate the system) said sure sign here and here … ok …”. Then they proceeded to ask me “how do you want to ship the package ?” … WHAT? I wanted to refuse the package and send it back to the sender, what shipping? They obviously don’t know you can do that. Ok so I explained and showed them some website explaining the process and they said it will be done. Next day I saw it was still showing that I had picked up the package and that it was in my possession!?! Ahhh long story short I still haven’t had an update nor anyone from the store rectify this situation leaving me without my package and close to $1000 out of pocket due to this package not being properly rerouted! Absolutely ridiculous lack of support from management in following up and lack of support internally in leaving brand new employees there to “figure” out and navigate a UPS software system! Anyone can open a drop spot but if this is back by the UPS NAME IT NEEDS TO BE MORE THAN THAT! Where’s your customer support!?!? Why do I have to spend countless hours of my personal time to correct a simple mistake on your part? Total disregard to helping its customers!

Very disappointing experience at this UPS Store location. Whenever the manager is there, the store becomes extremely slow and disorganized. There are constantly long lines, delays, and problems with service. Employees seem stressed and the whole branch feels poorly managed during his shifts.
What’s frustrating is that when the manager is not there, the store actually runs much better — service is faster, smoother, and customers are helped more efficiently.
This location clearly has potential, but management is hurting the customer experience. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously and improve how the store is being run.
