  I’m honestly sad to be posted this review because it’s my neighborhood store. We shipped a package to the store and the tracking number showed that it had arrived and was signed for. The store confirmed this, and the employee at the front said their manager had signed for it. They couldn’t find the package and told me to come back once the manager arrived. When I came back, the employee behind the counter was rude and clearly annoyed that she had to help me. She told me that actually her manager didn’t sign for it and it wasn’t their fault I had to come back again for the same package. I understand now that I need to contact the store directly if I want to have a package shipped here. What I don’t understand is the attitude of the people working here and the lack of answers/accountability the store had when the package was missing. I understand mistakes happen, but just own them and move on.

  The girl who helped me was very nice but the owner who owns 2 UPS stores that I know of is very rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Last time my Figs scrub return worth of $750 that I returned through his store was received at Figs as an empty box! Somehow somewhere along the way it disappeared! Unfortunately when I was dropping off I said I don’t need the receipt and that was my mistake, and when I went back to get a reprinted receipt I was told that they can only reprint if it’s the same day. Figs gave my money back because of the great history I have with them. Today I returned my scrubs for a different size and I don’t know what I did with the return receipt so I went back to get it reprinted and this rude guy decided not to do that for me with bunch of lies he told me against his own words! Will Not recommend his 2 stores on Sherman Way- Winnetka and Sherman Way-Amigo.

  Excellent service! The staff at UPS was friendly, professional, and efficient. My package was handled quickly, and they made the shipping process easy from start to finish. They answered all of my questions and provided great customer service. I appreciate their helpful attitude and would definitely use this UPS location again. Highly recommended! Irene

  I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. Ghazi was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me with my shipment. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s not often you receive customer service like this. I highly recommend this UPS Store at 18601 Sherman Way, Reseda. Thank you, Ghazi, for your outstanding service!
