  Horrible service. I was in line waiting to pickup my online order. Another dummy walks in, goes to the side counter and gets helped right away. What’s the point of a line? Never stopping at this location again.

  I visited the other day and had a great experience. The staff here is always helpful and really easy to talk to. They're friendly and outgoing. Before this place was a Wingstop it was a place called, Pancho’s Mexican Cafe. The interior apparently earned them a National Design Award from Institutions Magazine in the 1960s. I could see why. It looked like a lot of time, thought and love went into designing the inside. The chandeliers, log ceiling, and the mural are all pretty amazing.
