  Wasn't able to pick up a package addressed to my mom, because my drivers license didn't have the same address on it as the one on the package... because I got my drivers license years ago when I lived somewhere else. A rude man at the store insisted that we couldn't pick it up, despite calls to UPS corporate 3 separate times saying it was OK and company policy. The sad man who works here clearly relishes in what little power he has. Absolutely pathetic.

  Really rude male employee works there in the morning. Dropped off a return package and displayed a label and was told I was supposed to do X then Y, box it up and print it myself? Brother, that's your job. I give YOU the label and YOU print it and you ship it. Was charged 3 dollars for them to print their own label. WHAT A JOKE! At FedEx they do it no questions asked!
