  I ordered to the wrong location, completely my fault. So I called the store to cancel and get a refund on my order within seconds of noticing my mistake. There was no answer until about the 3rd ring where the person then hung up on me when I asked for a refund. I called a 4th time and to my surprise when I had stated my situation, there was language barrier, and he continued to state that NO he would not refund me and hung up once again. Not at any point was I rude, I was very patient hearing the language barrier and yet he just stated no with no explanation as to why and hung up on me. The worst absolute service.

  2nd time going to this location, the employees are RUDE! And a where being disrespectful to a African American to the point he said “ I can’t do this” and walked out, I did not hear what she said to him, but by the way the older lady gave me her service, I don’t think it was kind, because he just left. Idk, I understand they receive a lot of traffic due to the hospital but idk. Human decency?

  Warm and good service, haven't tried footlong sandwiches for quite a while and couldn't believe the price. :(
