  The manager/owner is incredibly rude. Right off the bat was basically yelling, what do you need. This guy is a real piece of work. Not sure how UPS allowed this guy to be a manager/owner. Think his name was Bryan or Chris, he had grey hair. I hope to never see him again.

  I visited UPS today and received excellent service; the staff were wonderful and very cooperative. Although I speak Arabic rather than English, they assisted me very well. The entire team was fantastic—especially a particular person whose name is Drake

  I stopped by this UPS Store to get a passport photo and was asked to wait in the corner of the office. After waiting about 25 minutes, I reminded one of the employees that I was still waiting, but nothing happened and no one seemed concerned. Eventually, I gave up and left, and no one even acknowledged that I was leaving. Very disappointing customer service and a complete waste of time. I walked across the street to CVS, where they took my passport photo in less than five minutes.

  The owner doesn’t seem knowledgeable about California notary requirements. He refused to notarize my power of attorney even though I presented a valid foreign passport, claiming it wasn’t an acceptable form of identification. I had previously confirmed with another notary that it was valid. Very frustrating experience. Think twice before coming here for notary services…
