  Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and was instead given a rotisserie chicken sandwich — completely different from what I paid for. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff flat-out refused to remake the correct sandwich. No apology, no solution, just a dismissive attitude. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix them and basically telling the customer to deal with it is unacceptable. I paid for something I didn’t receive and was treated with zero respect. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’ll be taking the issue up with Subway corporate
