  We ordered 2 Spicy Italian subs and both were dry due to the lack of sauces, and that's that we asked for our sandwiches with two different kinds of sauces. Fountain drink was a little flat as well. Bread was a bit hard. And there were a bunch of fruit flies by the fountain drink dispenser, plus an odd smell in the air. Otherwise, the meats and vegetables were good. Price was great.

  Very disappointing and honestly lacking in basic human compassion. My 10-year-old daughter urgently needed to use a restroom, so we stopped at this store and politely asked if she could use the restroom. Unfortunately, we were refused. I understand that businesses may have policies regarding restroom access, but when a young child is in urgent need, I would hope there could be some basic understanding and kindness. We were not asking for anything unreasonable—we were simply trying to help a 10-year-old child who desperately needed a restroom. This experience was extremely upsetting and left us with a very negative impression of this business. A little compassion can go a long way.
