  The best FEDEX in LA! This place doesn’t get enough love. Amani at the front desk is super knowledgeable and kind. Great customer service. I would go out of my way to shop for this location. Keep up the great customer service.

Every single time I walk through the door, I am greeted with a friendly smile and a genuinely helpful attitude. ​Whether I am dropping off a quick return, shipping a complex package, or needing help with printing, the staff goes above and beyond to make the process quick and stress-free. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and always make sure my items are handled safely. ​It is rare to find a team that consistently maintains such a high level of customer service. They truly make what could be a chore into a great experience. Highly recommend this store!

  The crew that was there today (June 23, 2026) around 11:30am was very helpful. I had a large package and I was unsure of how the process was going to go, but they all made it so easy for me. And it cost less than I expected

  Rude managers. Tried to charge me $104 for what another FedEx charged me $31. I don't recommend this location. They need more diversity.
