  The crew that was there today (June 23, 2026) around 11:30am was very helpful. I had a large package and I was unsure of how the process was going to go, but they all made it so easy for me. And it cost less than I expected

  Rude managers. Tried to charge me $104 for what another FedEx charged me $31. I don't recommend this location. They need more diversity.

  this particular Fed Ex location fills me with dread every time I get a prepaid Fed Ex return. 3 times in a row, with 3 different packages, all with prepaid codes, I have walked out of that store still carrying my unshipped package, unbelievably angry and frustrated at the total lack of customer service and just straight up laziness of the staff. every time they insist that you need to buy a $4 envelope or a box or some bubble wrap. the other option would be to do as I have been forced to do and go home and re package your box and waste another 30 minutes driving back and hoping it passes their inspection. with UPS or whole food returns I'm in and out in 2 minutes. this place SUCKS. every single time.
