  Well, let’s start with July 21st, when I first went to the DHL offices and met…Stacy‼️ She was not only kind but very accommodating. Stacy carefully walked me through all I had to do in preparation for packing, and how to properly fill out the forms. When I returned on August 21st. Stacy was there to assist me and walk me through all the gifts I was shipping for my wife’s and my 50th Wedding Anniversary! Stacy was not only knowledgeable but a lifesaver and made the whole process not only enjoyable, but more importantly…painless‼️ I am absolutely grateful to Stacy for making the whole process nearly effortless. DHL is extremely fortunate to have this young lady employed by them. Her care for customers is outstanding. Her focused to detail and making it correct, is amazing.   Your customer service is awesome. I was first helped by a gentleman named Danny and he was very friendly and actually gave me a call when I could pickup my package. I also received an email from Alejandra letting me know it was ready the night before. And Finally, today, a gentleman by the name Joe helped me get my package and was equally friendly. You almost feel you’ve known these people for a while. The only thing I was not so pleased with, was that “over the phone service”, I was never able to get a live person and I had to guess where my package might be. Thank you for the awesome in person customer service though!!

  Was my first time shipping something through DHL Express, I must say I was not disappointed one bit. I was assisted by Stacy and she made my shipping process pretty fast and easy. I'll definitely be sending out any future shipments through DHL Express from now on.
