  I had an outstanding experience at DHL yesterday afternoon thanks to Danny Orozco. He was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the entire shipping process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. What truly set Danny apart, was his exceptional follow-through. After my shipment was processed, he even personally followed up by phone to ensure I knew my package was safely in transit. That level of customer care is rare and demonstrates a genuine commitment to providing excellent service. Danny went above and beyond, and his dedication to customer satisfaction made a lasting impression. Thank you, Danny, for your outstanding support.   I had such an exceptional experience with DHL employee Danny Orozco today that I had to leave a review. I came feeling really stressed because I needed to send important documents to Mexico, papers that absolutely couldn’t get lost in transit. Earlier that morning, I had gone to FedEx, and they told me they couldn’t guarantee the documents would arrive there safely. That only made my anxiety worse. When I walked into DHL, this employee Danny immediately noticed I was worried. He was calm, patient, and genuinely reassuring. He walked me through every step, explained the safest shipping option, and made sure I understood the tracking process. He even double-checked the address and confirmed the delivery timeline twice since these documents were timed sensitive. His professionalism and kindness made me feel like my documents were truly being handled with care. What impressed me the most was how he treated me, not just like another customer, but like someone whose situation mattered. His attitude reflected real customer care, and it completely changed my day. I left feeling relieved, reassured, and grateful that I chose DHL instead of settling for uncertainty elsewhere. If every location had someone like Danny, knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely compassionate shipping would never be stressful. Highly recommend DHL!

  Stacy at DHL was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I had forgotten to print some paperwork related to my return, along with the shipping label, but Stacy kindly took the time to accommodate me and ensure my shipment was sent out on time. She provided excellent customer service, and I’m extremely happy with the support I received here at the Redondo Beach location.
