  I have ordered from this location for a few years now, I typically order online and my food has always consistently been good. Unfortunately, my last order did not go so well. I placed an order online had to cancel due to an emergency which I did in person within 15 minutes of my order. The employee (Jacob S.) that assisted me was unable to supply me with the receipt for any confirmation of a refund. He assured me that he canceled my order and a manager would follow up with me. I asked him to sign my receipt for verification of cancelation. I never did receive a phone call, nor that refund I was promised. Over a course of several months I made numerous phone calls and several attempts in person to speak to a manager to resolve this matter. Was promised a return phone call from a manager each time. My last attempt I requested to speak with the corporate office, was told they could not supply me with the phone number however could contact their GM John Corbette and was told (not so friendly Mariana) he would email me within 24 hours. I gave it a few days, still no response so I submitted a complaint through the Wingstop website and checked the box requesting follow-up communication. To this day, I have yet to receive any type of communication from any level. We are at the end of April and my original purchase was November 6th. I'm thoroughly disappointed and beside myself that I've had to put in this much effort for a $23.70 refund.

  I bought 50 wings and they didn't give me any clothing or napkins. I called to file a complaint and the manager on duty was very rude, I don't even want to remember his name. He didn't give me a solution and he hung up on me. It was a very bad experience in this place. Thank you, wings stop. I won't be back... thanks
