  I feel sad to leave this bad review as this is my local UPS and have always had a good experience here. But today the manager Hector was rude and passive aggressive towards me. He was not helpful and just seemed annoyed by my questions. I will not be returning to this UPS store.

  You will regret using this place. I sent a guitar amplifier to my grandson and spent over $300 for them to pack and ship. The amp arrived broken with almost no packing material, that I paid for. Look at the picture for reference. They intentionally, for whatever reason, put absolutely zero effort into it. Unfortunately, its a used amplifier so I'll never get the money back. I used them once before a year and a half ago to ship something over night and paid over $900 to do so...two days later, it had never even shipped. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. This place provides awful service. Also, the interaction went very well when I dropped it off and paid for it. So lame!

  The staff here is great. Renee, especially is very courteous & competent. Today she patiently helped me with my shipping label problem. So I was able to ship my package back immediately instead of going home to print out a label. Folks should come here for all their shipping needs! I believe this is the best UPS store in Southern CA
