  I had an exceptional experience with a more involved printing and notary job at the UPS Store in the Albertsons shopping center on Redlands Blvd. I come here regularly for Amazon drop-offs, shipping, printing, and other odds and ends, but today I needed a substantial set of documents printed and notarized. The entire staff was friendly, calm, efficient, and professional from the moment I walked in through the notary process. I was handling an important and somewhat stressful errand, and I’m especially grateful for how easy they made their part of it. If you need printing, shipping, returns, or notary services in Redlands, I highly recommend this location. Easily five stars. Thank you to the whole crew!

  Extremely unwelcoming and rude. They made a huge issue out of not being able to take my boxes, and I was even yelled at when I tried to leave them for five minutes while grabbing something next door at Albertsons. Thankfully, the kind cashier at Albertsons helped turn the experience around. I’ve patronized this UPS Store for years, but the customer service has recently become awful. The employees seem genuinely miserable and make customers feel like an inconvenience.

  Not using UPS again. After two associates could not find my package and a third one who was listening from the back heard my name and just so happened to recognize it went and retrieved my package, I was charged a storage fee because I’m not a box holder and it wasn’t an ‘access point package’, whatever that means. So you charge the person shipping it THEN charge for it to be picked up!?! Just big corporations trying to squeeze every penny out you. Extremely disappointing.
