  Not using UPS again. After two associates could not find my package and a third one who was listening from the back heard my name and just so happened to recognize it went and retrieved my package, I was charged a storage fee because I’m not a box holder and it wasn’t an ‘access point package’, whatever that means. So you charge the person shipping it THEN charge for it to be picked up!?! Just big corporations trying to squeeze every penny out you. Extremely disappointing.

  The best place in town to do returns and ship stuff. The people who work here are all very helpful and efficient. Special shout out to Hector and Alyssa who helped me out today.
