  I just had the best UPS experience ever. Had a complicated computer system I needed packing. Fun fact. I went to another UPS location (700 E Redlands) who said they couldn’t do it. I called this location later. Had the luck of working with Hector who actually took time to think about it and ultimately WAS able to package it for me. He was professional and thorough every step of the way. Thank you so much. Shout out to Wen as well. They even helped me bring my items to my car (since it was heavy and bulky).

  Get there for a passport photo and got them in 5 min. No appointment needed. I guess we went to a slow time probably you're taking longer if more people is there. Personal was really courteous and helpful. Thanks to them and keep up the good work.

  Have only used this store twice, but I'm willing to drive further to this one rather than the one on Boulder. Each time I've received a friendly and smiling greeting, and no line! The other one is absolutely miserable every time I go!

  Always have a great experience there, I always make the drive to this location even though it’s out of my usual route to make my returns. It’s a million times better than the store in the Albertsons plaza. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and quick!
