  I visited this location today only because my usual Subway was closed for Labor Day. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. The employee who helped me was very friendly, so this review is not about her attitude. My issue is with the ridiculous lack of flexibility and customer service at this location. I worked at Subway for about 10 years after high school, and customer satisfaction was always a priority at my store. I ordered my usual Peppercorn Ranch Chicken Protein Pocket and simply asked to add black olives. I was told they couldn’t add anything because the owner doesn’t allow it and watches the cameras. I even offered to PAY EXTRA for a small side of black olives and was still told no. I also asked for a side of ranch and was refused that too. The employee could tell I was hesitant and even asked if I still wanted the wrap. I would have left, but I had driven out of my way to come to this location and didn’t want to leave empty-handed. I ended up paying for something I wasn’t satisfied with and wasn’t what I wanted. Refusing to sell a customer a SIDE of an ingredient you already have is honestly ridiculous. Definitely won’t be returning. Do better, Subway Store #23694-0.
