  Great FedEx store. The best one I've been to and I've been to many over the last 30 years. This one is clean, fast, friendly and courteous. Applause!

  Horrible place to do business. They are incredibly incompetent, especially their manager, Melinda. I dropped off a package 20 minutes before the cutoff time, and it was supposed to be delivered in Texas the next day by 10:30 AM. They didn’t even hand it to the driver. Their excuse was, “Sorry, we were busy.” As a result, I had to fly there that same night and personally deliver the package because the soccer game could not be played without the item inside. If something is truly important, don’t trust FedEx. Use UPS instead.

  Maddy was amazing and helped get our materials to a team member last minute before the holiday weekend. She double checked everything, fixed an issue and was a rockstar. FedEx is lucky to have such great employees.

  Your Ai answering system is horrific. I just have a simple question for a quote on shipping a guitar pack and I want to speak to a live person. It will not allow it. I called several times and tried different angles. This system sucks. I won’t be dealing with this. UPS Store answered immediately. I’ll go with them.
