  Mady, who I believe is one of the supervisors or managers at this FedEx Print Center, provided exceptional customer service. I walked in on a busy Friday afternoon under a serious time crunch, already exhausted from working on my project. The center was short-staffed, the line was long, and I had several uncertain ideas about how I wanted the finished product to look. Despite all of that, Mady was patient, accommodating, and incredibly understanding. I was initially told my project would not be ready until 11:00 AM the next day. To my surprise, just two hours later, I had the entire completed project in hand and was extremely happy with the results. FedEx, Mady is a keeper. I have two other print centers closer to me, but her outstanding service is the reason I will gladly return to this location. Five-plus stars from a very satisfied and grateful customer!

  I had an outstanding experience at this FedEx location in Redlands thanks to Mady! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure everything was handled correctly. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Mady truly set the standard. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help made all the difference. If you're visiting this FedEx location, I hope you're lucky enough to be assisted by Mady. She is a tremendous asset to the team, and I'll definitely be returning because of the excellent service I received.
