  Food has ALWAYS been great! Not the customer service. For this reason alone I decided to go to Daves Hot chicken last night half way through ordering. Everytime I go into this location I feel like im an inconvenience to the employees. I have only been to two other locations in Sacramento and Reno and customer service along with food has been 10/10.

  Accepted my order on Uber, over $50 worth of food, and never handed it to the delivery driver took it home for themselves, still waiting on my refund from Uber

  My wings were tough and their quality was poor as the skin had weird tags on it just very low quality sourced chicken
