  Took a small well built wooden box, that protected the items we needed to ship, and they said they couldn't ship it, because it couldn't survive a 3 foot fall. I said if it was cardboard, it wouldn't survive a 2 foot fall, and walked out. The Shipping Store in Cottonwood, shipped it and insured it. Bad FedEx.

  These guys have refused to deliver packages for the past 2 weeks bc of supposed weather while ups is out here delivering packages. Not only have they delayed all of my stuff for 3 weeks they've also taken it upon themselves to deliver stuff they've gotten in recently to my neighbors vs the stuff that's piled up since they stopped delivering during the bad weather. My packages have been delayed for 3 weeks stuck in redding while everyone that ordered recently is getting their stuff. Apparently first come first serve doesn't apply to them. On top of that when they deliver once a month to my neighborhood they decide to stuff all the packages for our area onto one person's doortstep so that they have to take time to track 20 people down to give them packages that were delivered to their doorstep instead of delivering them to the addresses they were paid to do. I'm honestly so irritated with them. If anything has a hold on it from these guys just file a claim with the company you ordered it from and get your money back. It's point less to talk to them it ain't gonna change nothing.
