Fast, friendly, and will be using them from now on. The employees are so much nicer than they are at Office Depot!

I use this location frequetly and typically use the self service. Each time I come in I am warmly greeted although I don't typically need assistance. Last night I received excellent customer service from Noah when I was struggling with a large return. He came out to my car and retrieved the heavy package with a smile. Noah left me with a lasting impression because he was so genuine and kind. I didn't expect any help but he offered immidiately and made the transaction extremely easy and enjoyable.

Inconsistent following of policies. About a week ago, an employee happily called the person I was shipping a lost item to, and took payment information over the phone. Today, a different employee told me “we don’t take payment over the phone”. Well, y’all did last week. Looks like I will be utilizing UPS for this continual need.
