  I had a great experience with Juli Foster at Allstate. She was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making the process stressful. She helped me find the right coverage for my needs and made sure I understood all my options. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about helping customers, but Juli went above and beyond. I highly recommend Juli Foster and Allstate to anyone looking for reliable insurance and excellent customer service.

  FYI: it is true. I just got a call from them today and they said they are not compensating anything for what happened. are you serious right now? they told me flat out you will not get anything so what you’re saying doesn’t make sense when I already talked to the company. I still see my ground you are being very dishonest and not being very true through and what you were saying. I think you need to check with Allstate because you don’t make sense. Allstate called me about 11: 55 today and told me that I was not getting anything for reimbursement so don’t lie to me. I don’t like how i was lied too. i was promised $100 compensation for my trouble and come to find it was not true. I went with another insurance place. i don’t like people are rude and dishonest. They were nice in beginning to sign off , now just mean and rude. I glad found another, good luck!! I won’t be back!!

  Highly recommend going with literally any other company because the unwillingness to answer questions is not what I’d consider customer service.
