  Exceptional customer service. Even though I hate to do things at the last minute, the other day I went to this store at 6:45 pm on Thursday, August 13th; the associate was so helpful and caring. Thank you, FedEx @ RSM.

  Went in to do a special return on Levi’s jeans and was a little lost. Callum, I believe the manager, was so kind, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate people who go above and beyond to help and are just good humans! I would give this place 5 stars because of this positive experience! Thank you.

  I had a great experience at this FedEx location. The store manager, Callum, was very professional, helpful, and friendly. He took the time to assist me and made everything easy and smooth. Great customer service and a very positive experience. Thank you, for your help!
