    This UPS store is amazing. Hands down it should be the operating standard for the other disastrous locations. The Rancho Mission Viejo UPS is clean, extremely polite, helpful and just all around awesome. The owner is almost always there and he is such a nice man. I drive to this location and bypass my local UPS in SC which is so awful. Hopefully UPS acknowledges stores that are run to this standard of excellent customer service.

    I always have a good experience coming here. The employees are usually very pleasant to speak with. I came in with a FedEx package recently and they kindly let me know I was at the wrong store but still prepared my package for me.

    “Can’t do it” is NOT in their vocabulary. The store is clean, the staff are professional- I come here for all my shipping, shredding, printing needs.
