  Customer service here was beyond poor Anadia and Josh were very rude and disrespectful. Both provided unnecessary attitudes, was given a hard time about ranch, my food was undercook fries were cold and stale. I made an online order because I was told inside the establishment I couldn’t place my order in the store for w.e reason (should’ve been my sign to leave). I stepped outside to place my order and waited never left. When I got home I called back to make the manager aware of the issue with the food and was told there was nothing he could do because a couple wings were eaten and their policy is if anything is eaten no return or refund. I advised that’s how I knew the wings were not done and that’s not right, he further expressed that the only way I can return or get a refund is if the wings were raw and he knows they are not raw because he standing next to his fryer. I offered to bring the wings back for review and everything and compensation was not provided. By far the worse experience I received and I will NEVER eat here again. Corporate has been contacted alongside the BBB.

  Main issue was the food, workers were sure to include about 8 ounces of acrid-smelling oil along with my food. I’m no expert but the oil smells like it’s starting to go rancid.
