  I needed to have Celebration of Life cards made for my husband's memorial. I received outstanding support in creating the cards. They were also processed very quickly. I was helped by Eduardo, Anthony, and Brittany. This location works as a supportive team to get the job done. I was even able to meet the owner when I picked up my order; and, he was equally as kind and supportive as his team. Highly recommend this location for all of your needs.

  I visited UPS today and was assisted by Brittany. She provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Brittany was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made for a great customer experience.   I had a great experience at this UPS Store and wanted to recognize Brittany for her excellent customer service. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful while assisting me with my drop-off. We chatted while she was helping me, and she made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. Everyone at this location has always been kind and professional, but Brittany especially stood out with her positive attitude and genuine friendliness. Great customer service like this is appreciated and definitely keeps me coming back. Thank you, Brittany!

  Ashley saved me a ton of money in shipping this (fast over to Missouri no later than Thursday night). and Anthony was so awesome again helping me by packing up all my items for another Comfort Care box for a precious family who is grieving their Mom and Grandma and Great Grandma . Anthony helped back in April 2026 when I shipped my first Comfort Care box of goodies to my late Husband family who was grieving their loss of Son ,Brother and Uncle and Great uncle . Which went over beautiful the family absoutely loved all the goodies Included in their box . I won’t trust anyone else with any of shipping but this particular UPS store on the corner of 4 th street and Milliken in Rancho Cucamonga . Their service is outstanding they go over and beyond 5 star it’s more like 10 Stars!!! Very Blessed Faithful Customer Mimi Trimmer

  I had an exceptional experience at UPS thanks to Anthony, who went above and beyond to help me with a last-minute graduation project. I needed graduation head photo signs completed in just one day, but Anthony explained that the normal turnaround time was 3–5 days because they are usually produced by a sister company. Instead of simply telling me it couldn't be done, he immediately started looking for a solution. He offered to laminate the photos so I could have them the same day. When I mentioned I would add cardboard backing myself to make them sturdier, he offered to find materials and do it for me. Later, he even called to confirm the size I wanted and made sure everything was exactly how I envisioned it. When I arrived to pick them up, I was genuinely amazed. Not only were the photos laminated, but Anthony had carefully mounted and trimmed them, creating a finished product that looked professional, sturdy, and far better than I expected—especially given the tight timeline. Anthony's attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to go the extra mile turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Customer service like this is rare, and his efforts helped make my graduate's special day even more memorable. Thank you, Anthony, for your outstanding work and dedication.
