  My boxes are 8x8x8 purchased through Uline, yet you guys added a shipping charge claiming my boxes are 9x9x8?

  I will go out of my way every time to come to this UPS. Not only is it quick, clean and easy to make my returns and get all my postal needs accomplished, but the service is top notch! Not only are they incredibly helpful and friendly but truly kind - I have met multiple employees there that I have made a personal connection with because they went out of their way to look me in the eye, greet me, get to know me and welcome me back. Brittany even saw me in the parking lot carrying some packages and helped carry them for me. Huge shout out to this team and the leaderships for an outstanding way to conduct and train your employees to be top notch and care for the heart of the customer first. I will be back every time. Thank you!
