    I had a very disappointing experience with one of your employees today. I arrived at the store just before closing time to process a return because one of the items I brought was the wrong one by mistake. I only needed a few seconds to go back to my car and grab the correct item, but the employee refused completely, closed the door, and ignored me afterward. I understand the store was about to close, but as a large company, customer service and basic understanding in small situations like this are very important. I was polite and only asking for a brief moment to correct an honest mistake. The way I was treated felt rude and unprofessional. I hope this feedback can be reviewed so future customers are treated with more courtesy and consideration.

    I bought a #2 envelope and it was somehow $10 , anywhere else they are $4 max, I didn’t even pick the envelope up from the counter and asked for a refund, they said packaging materials were non-refundable, which is a lie because I have bought extra packaging materials at other stores and they will gladly refund them if they are unused, Christie Wang, the owner of this scammy store has also prohibited her employees to give out her contact info, please be aware of this store and support other stores were the owners do have a sense of community please take your business elsewhere. Pd: The blonde guy’s attitude is awful, but that is the type of people Christie Wang needs, the ones that will defend her unethical business for some spare change, good job bud.

    I took my family here for passport photos. The photos turned out horrible and I could not get a refund. $143 wasted. Do not come here for passport photos.

    The service at this UPS store is simply terrible. I had my wife drop off an Amazon return package, and then I realized the label was attached incorrectly. About half an hour later, I rushed to the store hoping they could help me locate the package, rescan the QR code, and print the correct label. Obviously, the employee didn’t want to look for it and just made up an excuse, claiming the package had already been picked up. This is already the second time I’ve had this kind of issue with the same employee. It’s really frustrating.

    I had a Tom James representative ship two pairs of pants worth $480 to this UPS Store on September 30, 2025 for later pickup, as I was concerned about theft from my doorstep. When I went to the store on October 18, 2025, I was told that there was a $15/day fee because the shipper had not set up the store as an "access point." The total accrued charges were $270, which was more than half the cost of the pants. I said I was unwilling to pay the charges, because I had not been informed of the $15/day fee and asked the store employee to ship the package back to the Tom James representative. The UPS Store representative was very rude to me during our interaction. After a reasonable period of time on November 1, 2025, I checked back with the Tom James representative who told me the pants had not been received. I filed a claim with UPS on November 15, but the only information I received from UPS was that the investigation was complete. There was no compensation for the loss of $480 worth of goods. As far as I can tell, the store did not ship the package back to Tom James.
