  I used this location to ship one document from Rancho Cucamonga to Glendora, Ca which is like 17 min drive only, I was told the document will be delivered by the end of the day next day but took them 3 days to deliver the document! It would have been faster to use USPS or to drive. Horrible service.

  Let me begin by saying that I rarely write business reviews unless I have had an extraordinarily good or bad experience with a particular business. I am happy and anxious to share an extremely positive experience I recently had doing business with this UPS Store, located at 6371 Haven Avenue and more specifically with Tom, the owner. When an issue arose with a particular service offered through the UPS store, Tom was quick to take responsibility and decisive action to resolve the matter despite the fact that he and his employees bore no actual responsibility or accountability. I have seldom encountered an individual or business owner who is as honest, ethical and empathetic as Tom. No business or individual is infallible, we all understand that that's just a fact of life. What separates truly honorable and ethical individuals and businesses are the ones who will unconditionally stand behind their products and services. Tom is one of those rare individuals. I can wholeheartedly endorse and recommend this UPS Store because of the honest and ethical nature of its owner, Tom. With Tom leading his employees and setting the example and standards that he holds himself to, you can trust this business for whatever products or services you may need.

  Tom and his associates are so incredible! When I stop in with a shipment, they are always so kind and help me with my boxes. Since they have moved into this area, they have made my job so much easier. They are always so pleasant. Like a breath of fresh air. Thank you!
