  I drop off guitar last night 645pm Aug 18th. 24 hours later. no new updates. I call i get transferred twice. The store clerk transferred me to a person outside of the united states. That person transferred me. 3rd person transferred me to a line that was closed for the day. I got the label. Fedex said they would pack it. I work at a fedex ground myself. In the city of rancho. The package should be on its way to recipient. I will be at the fedex office location tomorrow at 750 am

  Automated voice machine makes it so difficult to speak to a live agent. I spent 20 minutes trying to get a live agent and I wasn’t being understood/ connected. Very frustrating

  The service was okay. Not the greatest. The place was clean. There were enough parking places there. The neighborhood is good. The price is very high. FedEx office is overpriced there. It was not busy there.💸💳

  I’m holding a big box (a scooter) to return to Amazon and after lugging around a big box for 5 minutes I look to one of the lady’s and finally ask where do I drop this off? She’s about to scan it and then tells me they can’t take the item back because of a sticker on the box that shows it has lithium ion batteries. I tried to understand why and she said it was only that location. I’m baffled. Terrible customer experience I would be embarrassed to work at this establishment that wastes people’s time. FedEx, you can do better. As a partner for FedEx corporate, I’m extremely disappointed. You’ve set the bar low. So low.
