Formal Complaint Story Against FedEx Shipping Center
I’m writing to formally complain about the extremely poor and unfair service I received at the local FedEx shipping center.
I have a total of 20 packages in need of shipping. I only brought 5 to 6 packages to the drop-off location to send first. When I tried to hand over my parcels, the staff on site directly refused to accept my shipments. Their only excuse was that the center had no available storage space and could not take any more packages at that moment.
What made this experience extremely unacceptable is that right after turning me away, I clearly saw other customers walking in and successfully dropping off their packages without any refusal or hesitation from the staff. The so-called “no space” reason was obviously an unreasonable excuse, not a real situation.
This biased and inconsistent service has brought me huge trouble and unnecessary hassle. As a regular customer who always chooses FedEx for daily shipping needs, I’m deeply disappointed by this irresponsible, unfair and unprofessional behavior from your shipping center.
I strongly request FedEx to conduct a full investigation into this branch’s service attitude, discipline the relevant staff, give me a formal explanation, and put an end to such rude and unreasonable refusal of drop-off service in the future.
