  Place an online order at 2:42 and their app said it would be done by three. It’s after three now and he hasn’t started him yet. The employee had the audacity to tell me that he’ll get to it eventually because he’s so and I quote overwhelmed.” And I’ve been here for over 10 minutes and there’s been two customers. The subway in particular, one of the worst I’ve ever been to as far as service goes. Unfortunately my sandwich is usually not made correctly. Who knew it could be so hard. So ended up having to wait 30 minutes for my two sandwiches. And of course, being a pain customer online means you get skipped when other customers coming to the store because for some reason they take priority over you even know you’re paying customer just as much as they are. Why should a person ordering online have to wait and get skipped because they’re smart enough to order ahead.

  Struggling with minimal staff and no fountain soda. The young lady behind the counter rocked it though!
