  Julian is amazing! He is super helpful and kind. While dining in, I overheard him helping another customer place their order and making sure they were able to accommodate his dietary restrictions. It was really thoughtful and showed how attentive he is to each customer’s needs. I’m not sure who the rest of the crew was, but they were all working together to make sure orders were getting out efficiently. I was very impressed by the entire team and the great service they provided. I dined in on 8/26 around 6 PM, and I just wanted to recognize the whole team for their hard work!

  We came pretty late but service was still on point. Everyone was helpful as we were figuring out what to order for a big party. Edward was very nice! Ill come back!

  Everytime I come to this Wingstop the food is always hot and fresh, and the employees are always willing to help me when I ask for methods to get free sides. It’s unlike any other Wingstop location I’ve been to. The combos also give crazy value, I split a meal 3 ways and each of us were full and paid $7.

  I had a terrible experience at this Wingstop location in Poway. The customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Brandon was extremely disrespectful and rude from start to finish. Instead of trying to help, he treated me like my concerns didn’t matter. I paid over $52 for my order, but they didn’t include the fries I paid for. To make matters worse, the wings and sides that did arrive were cold, stale, and tasted awful, like they had been sitting out for a long time. When I contacted the restaurant about the missing food and poor quality, they were rude and didn’t seem to care at all. No apology, no effort to make things right—just terrible customer service. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you’re spending over $50 on a meal, you deserve hot food, the complete order, and respectful customer service. This place failed on all three.

  Wingstop rules!! This is definitely one of my favorite places to go to on my cheat day and to eat wings. The staff, service, and food is great. Today when I went there was this one worker who had a lunch break during her shift and she had said that she was having some stomach issues and didn’t want to eat any of her food and what do you know? She offered/gave me her entire meal for free! My favorite dry rub flavors are the hot honey, lemon pepper and Louisiana rub and my favorite saucy flavors are the mango habanero, spicy Korean, and Hawaiian. The fries are also so great, and of course you can’t forget about their ranch, wingstop ranch is undoubtedly one of the best ranches out there.
