  I’ve been coming to this location for a while, partly because it’s conveniently close to my office, but mostly because the ladies who work here are always so nice, helpful, and professional. Today, when I walked in, I immediately noticed how wonderful the store smelled. I actually said, “It smells like a vacation in here—how wonderful!” 😂 There was a subtle coconut scent that instantly made me feel relaxed and, for a moment, helped me forget about all the chores and tasks waiting for me today. Who knew a store could provide a mini vacation? I was returning an item to Lulus and realized I had never received the QR code I needed. The lady helping me was incredibly helpful and knew exactly what to do. She made the whole process quick and easy, allowing me to check one more thing off my never-ending to-do list! Thank you, ladies, for always being so friendly, professional, and helpful. You’re doing a great job—and please keep that vacation smell going! 🥥🌴😊

  Definitely the best UPS store I’ve visited. They are always welcoming and ready to help. It’s very clean and organized store and they offer such great customer service.
