  This is the best UPS store I’ve gone to. They are fast, kind, and always smiling. I don’t feel like I am a bother to their day, but almost like they are happy to see me. I’ve been in management for retail stores, and I know a lot of this comes from the store manager or store owner. He has trained all of his employees very well! I know you can’t control if customers take a long time, but an apology to the customer waiting goes a long way. At this store, there is a long line, they are always apologetic and helpful.

  I would come here for all my drop offs and the owner and staff are really friendly, I would recommend this place.

  I've been coming here for 6 years. I have a mailbox rental and sometimes need help with online printing. The staff always tries to find a solution for me, especially the owner. He is very kind and helpful. Thank You for your great service.

  I am so thankful this store is here. It’s so close to home. All the workers are amazing and helpful. I came today to drop off a return, not realizing they were closed and the owner opened the door & took my package to process. That is above and beyond service. He didn’t have to do that on NYE after they were closed. So very thankful.
