  Required id just to pay and representative said she had to open the package because I said no. Walk away from horrible service. Post office was cheaper and representative did act like top flight security. Inspected my package and done.

  Because seem to know what they are doing. The store atmosphere gives professional. I been going there for years for my mailing services and I never had any issues.

  The most important theme that I give these rating to this UPS store is because I receive excellent best customer service when I came to drop off a package to return. And associate was so friendly, respectful and friendly. That I love the way she helped me with my return package, and I definitely give her a 5 out of 5 start reading. She definitely the sheriff's the best.That's the best employee with customer service.I don't know the name of the employee.But she was a female associate there.So I give her five out of five start rating
