I went to this Cricket store to transfer my phone number and arrived about 10 minutes before closing, but the doors were already locked and they wouldn't let me in. I could also see an employee standing at the register not helping anyone, and then she went into the back while I was still outside. It didn't seem like they were busy or unable to assist. This would have been a very quick request, and my phone data wasn't working, which is why I came in. I ended up figuring it out myself afterward, but the experience felt unprofessional and dismissive. If the store is open until a certain time, customers should still be able to come in until then, or at least be given a clear explanation.
