  I'm sure staff was trying to be helpful, but I called in trying to get a package sent here to be rerouted to my correct address out of state and was told that I could just have the package returned to sender and then I'd be able to call UPS corporate in the evening and have it rerouted. That's not actually how it works. Apparently once you RTS only the sender can make changes. So I just spent half an hour playing phone tag only to be told I can't actually do what they told me to do. Honest mistake of course, but UPS corporate is a hellscape of bad service and I do rely on local branches to help navigate it. Just letting me know that there's no way for me as the receiver to do anything but give up and RTS would've at least saved me a couple slogs through the UPS phone tree. I gave 2 stars because employees are probably as baffled as I am by this nonsense. But I'd need to run a Kickstarter to gather enough negative stars for a UPS corporate review.

  I have generally had positive experiences with The UPS Store; however, during my recent visit, the wait time was quite long. Additionally, the self-service return kiosk was out of order, which made returning my Amazon package difficult. I would appreciate it if you could ensure that the self-service kiosks remain functional and available for customers to use

  Today I went to this UPS store instead of the one on Devonshire and Mason since that one was going to open at 9:30. And I had a horrible customer service. I had a shipping label in my phone for which they just showed me rate card on how much it's to print the page! Right after I went to my usual UPS store on Devonshire and Mason and they alsonsaid the label needs to be printed but just told me to email to their Gmail account and printed it for me. I am not coming back to this store.

  Just had a wonderful experience at this UPS Store location. My experience at UPS Store locations seems to to be hit and miss. I have to frequent them a lot for business purposes spread out over many states in the country some I don’t have a great experience at some. I have a good experience at but at dislocation today at 5:30 PM. I had an amazing experience and the person behind the counter was joyful, pleasant helpful. Hopefully we can get more people like her in the world as she made my day!
