  Sprry but the workers there are sp unprofessional and rude. Today I showed up with a return and I had walked up to the chubby tall guy with black hair combed over to the side and a thick stache, because he said "next" and as I started talking so I can explain to him that I couldn't get the box to stay closed and was going to ask if that was okay or.if I should buy tape, he completely ignored me and started having a conversation a older woman in the back who was there with her 2 young children. I think she was an employee or maybe the owner? But I just stood there feeling like an idiot that he couldn't even acknowledge me as a human being who was standing right there in front of him speaking to him. So I had to wait till he stopped talking enough to see me holding the barcode. Then he offered me the receipt and continued talking to the lady. It felt very unwelcoming. Idk if he treats everyone this way, or just the women he finds unattractive. But he was no prize either

  I use the UPS store frequently! And the way the parking situation at the Oxnard Post Office is, it is such a blessing to have the store and all the employees have been wonderful!
