  Went this morning to try snd get court documents printed that I emailed in last night. Supposed to open at 8:30am and there was a line of 4 people outside and 3 more in their cars. It was 9am and it was closed, lights off, and the bars down inside and door locked. Tried calling but it rings once and goes to automated info for UPS

  For a professional and reliable package shipping experience olde downtown Pomona UPS has efficient and expert knowledgeable staff who take care of checking in packages, sealing and shipping quickly. They are patient when addressing related questions with their customers and work quickly. They have shipping supplies, copy machines, their printers print ship labels or copy documents quickly. Plenty of parking in the lot hidden off the main street intersection and treat yourself next door to El Chato Peruvian restaurant. Thanks UPS olde downtown Pomona.

  I was surprised when an employee told my son that we would be charged next time for a small piece of tape on a return package. I’ve used many UPS Stores before and never had this experience. The issue wasn’t the cost, but the way it was communicated. Customer service could be more friendly and welcoming.

  Service was good but the printing prices are insane , $3.00 email fee?! Better off at cvs or staples way cheaper. The email fee is a scam.
