  My dad has been a client with this office for around 20+ years and has always had a great experience. I got my own policy as well & the customer service has always been amazing. Both Oscar & Shamra are very friendly and welcoming, most of my visits are with Shamra who always takes the time to explain everything to me & takes the initiative herself to always work on our policy to try and find us the best discounts & rates. She has saved us a ton of money this past year alone even with everything increasing in price. I recommend everyone I know to this specific office! From help with accident claims to basic policy information my service has always been great.
