  I am incredibly frustrated by the service my husband and I received on May 13. We left messages on Yelp and wingstop's main website, but two weeks later, we have received zero response. This complete lack of follow-through is ridiculous. I placed an online order (Order #7510056526) at 5:00 PM for a 6:00 PM pickup. I arrived on time, waited for the line to clear, and was only then told that staff were just starting my order. What is the point of online ordering if food isn't prepared until the customer is standing in front of you? To make matters worse, the staff was unapologetic and completely unfazed by the hour-long lead time they were given. It ultimately took an astonishing 1 hour and 35 minutes just to receive my meal. Their poor attitude points to a major management issue. Looking at Yelp, this exact problem has been happening consistently since the beginning of the year, with specific complaints on Jan 17 and April 11. I expect Wingstop corporate and store owner to take immediate action and offer appropriate compensation to show you genuinely care about your customers. Until this is resolved, I am taking my business elsewhere. UPDATE: The owner replied telling me to contact Wingstop corporate. I already contacted corporate via your website two weeks ago and received zero response, which is exactly why I posted this review. This happened at your specific location under your management, and you have my order number (#7510056526). Instead of passing the buck and sending me back to an unresponsive website, please provide a direct local email or phone number so we can resolve this refund directly.

  I’m not sure of all the names of the current individuals working on shift right now l, from register to the kitchen at 6:16pm but hands down the most amazing staff, great customer service, food was perfection! Loved my visit here, thank you guys!!!

  I was a bit put off by the negative reviews, but when I went the service and food was great. The tenders were crispy and the fries tasted fresh. The worker was nice and it only took about 10 minutes for us to receive our food (dine in) after ordering. There were a ton of doordash orders but it was still quick and efficient, and honestly a lot of problems lay in impatient doordashers wanting to be helped out first instead of waiting their turn. Maybe I just lucked out today but great wingstop I would come back again!

  I wanted to give a special shout out to Dwan he has always been very welcoming and helpful everytime I order wings and come in for pick up ! Great customer service!
