DO NOT GO HERE! They don't provide a service, yet fraudulently charge you fees, and threaten calling the police if you don't pay.
My girlfriend went in here to print a DMV form, and asked for help. They didn't help, told her she could print from a machine, and when she had entered the information they provided, gotten the password wrong, their machine logged her out, and promptly rebooted. They said she could wait for an hour for it to reboot, if she wanted, and then forced her to pay $3 for having touched their machine, or they would call the police.

I visited this UPS Store around 4:20 PM for copy and notary services. The store was busy, and we waited nearly 30 minutes for copies, which was understandable given the crowd.
My experience with the notary service was disappointing. The employee assisting us, Erick H, was rude and unprofessional in his communication. Although there still appeared to be enough time remaining for notary services, our request was declined.
I understand that employees may be busy or have scheduling limitations, but customer service should still be handled respectfully and professionally. I hope management looks into improving the customer experience at this location.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff
I’d give the UPS Store on Hopyard 5 stars. The young guy working there is quick, efficient, and very friendly.
Compared to the older guy at the Santa Rita location and the lady at the Pimlico location, the difference in customer service is night and day. Those two really have some of the worst attitudes I’ve seen in Pleasanton.
The return box needs a little bit of tape, and they charge $5 for the tape. Don't come here.
