  I had a wonderful experience at The UPS Store on Hopyard Rd! Lucas and Robert were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They took the time to assist me and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s always nice to receive such great customer service, and these two gentlemen definitely went above and beyond. Thank you, Lucas and Robert! Highly recommend this location! 😊

  Lucas was SO helpful. I brought my elderly mom in to return an Amazon package. She was worried, and needed some packing tape. Lucas was calm, friendly and helpful. He’s a gem of an employee.

  Every time I come in to purchase something or we return Amazon or pick something up, this UPS store is amazing. The gentleman that work here are always so friendly and helpful.. I got the best service here and I’ve been going here for years. I have not found that at the other UPS stores in town.

  The gentleman named Colin was extremely helpful. I came in 3 minutes before the store closed, and he still helped me. He was friendly and went above and beyond to provide me excellent service. I have had issues in the past with other UPS stores where they refused to give me service prior to closing. Safe to say, this location UPS provides excellent service. Thank you to the employee Colin for giving me great service today.
