Really poor customer service. Khush and the lady with the mask are terrible reps. They are hurting your business, UPS.

Rude and not helpful. Wouldn't take my amazon returns due to the boxes, but the next ups store was helpful and took them. Looks like many others also find this place horrible.

Rude. One of the biggest attitude. Felt like he was doing a favor to me rather than getting business.
