  Worst UPS Store I've been in a long time. They decided to charge 2$ for a strip of tape (billed as "Public Service"??) that needed to fully close the box. I have not that happening anywhere else. I have dropped off Amazon packages at many other UPS Store locations and not a single one charged me for a strip of tape or treated me like I am a "bozo". That must be something special about the tape that this store uses, especially since I see now that I am not the first customer complaining abut this. Absolutely despicable!

  The worst service I have ever experienced at this store. The manager?? Yevanne, was unable to correct her mistake. I brought in an Amazon return shipment, and she scanned the wrong barcode, causing the package to be sent to the wrong location.Instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue, she insisted that she had done nothing wrong and did not seem to know what steps could be taken to recover the package. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
