    I was disappointed with my experience at this Subway location. I purchased a foot long meal and was surprised to learn that drink refills were not allowed. What made the experience worse was the way I was treated when I asked about the policy. The employee was rude and unprofessional instead of politely explaining the store's rules. I understand that individual locations may have different policies, but customer service should always be respectful. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed as a customer. I hope management addresses both the refill policy and the staff's attitude to improve the experience for future customers.

    Disappointing experience. Staff were unprofessional and made it feel like they were doing a favor. Packaging was also careless. Needs better training and service standards.

    Horrible service, as well as they don't clean up , nor help customers clean after themselves, also the Indian lady maybe manager , non consensually records a video of people without permission, I'd say close the store or change the team members because the service is horrible and unacceptable.

    I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway today. The place itself was dirty and not well-maintained, which already set a bad tone. Things got worse when we tried to order. The employee insisted we pay first, and when I mentioned I wanted to use a gift card through the Subway app, she raised her voice and told us they don’t accept it. She even accused customers of scamming with gift cards and said she didn’t trust me, which was honestly shocking. When I said I would just order through the app instead, she responded by saying they now had my details because I had provided my phone number, and that if anything happened with my information or gift card, it wouldn’t be her responsibility. She also claimed she couldn’t cancel the transaction and again said anything that happens is not her fault. At that point, we were so frustrated that we just placed the order through the app anyway. Unfortunately, the food turned out to be the worst Subway we’ve ever had. Overall, a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Definitely not coming back.
