  I came in 7.20 afternoon and received the best customer service from the young man at the counter. I had issues with downloading a file from Drop Box. He and his teammate gave me great tech support and the file downloaded from my IPad vs iphone and exported into a PDF to email and print. Saved me a huge headache and I appreciated his time! Great great team here! Thank you again!

  I filled up all the sender and recipient details, even confirmed the details on their end, but still send mail to completely wrong address. They won't fix their mistake and refund is impossible because how FedEx does business. There were a few other customers with complaints as well. Extremely disappointed.

  Come in on Monday around noon time and waited for 15 mins and no one is in the front? Really? If you take lunch break during this time and it should be reflected on business hours. Just tell everyone the store is closed during the time and don’t let people come in and expect to see someone to assist.
