Staff very helpful and nice.
What an awful experience. I should have went to the one I usually go to, and the one I went to afterward was just a night-and-day difference. This will be my first and last visit to the Pleasanton location. When I went in, said hi, and asked who I believed to be the manager if the workstations have Microsoft Word, she didn't even greet me and just said, "I don't know. You can just go to the workstation and see".
I went to the workstation section and saw that one workstation was empty. But then I glanced at some folders that I could use to put my documents in. I decided to take a minute or so to take a look. But you know what? I shouldn't have done that and someone else took my spot, as there was another customer who was already using the workstation.
I waited for either of them to finish, and even the alarm sounded for the other customer to finish their session and get off. No employee came to tell them to let me use the station. I went to that same manager and I asked her if that alarm was to let people know that the session was over. She said yes. I then asked her if you could tell the customer to let me use the workstation, and she didn't even want to make the customer accountable and stop using the workstation to give me a little bit of time to get my work done, so she said, "Unfortunately, you would have to wait until the customer to finish what they were doing for you to be next".
After that, I waited a couple more minutes for that customer I initially waited on to finish, but that one still wasn't done. I left and will never come back. However, my visit at my usual FedEx Office location was a WHOLE lot better! Workstations were clear the whole time, and I got my document printed very quickly! Just don't go to the one in Pleasanton unless you want to wait 30+ minutes to get something quick done.
I witness Lynette be amazing in every area of customer service, leadership, and integrity. She helped a customer save over $400+ dollars on sending his package. She was calm, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. She also greeted myself and others with a warm smile. She was very detailed on what she could help with.
People like Lynette should never go unrecognized..
Keep up the great work!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I was desperate to get a special’ print job and on a quick turnaround. They exceeded my expectations.

They can get the job done, but don't expect it to be done quickly or with a smile. I was next in line to drop off a shipment and noticed half a dozen staff standing around two computers. A line of customers built up, but none of us were acknowledged (a simple "sorry for the wait! be right with you"), so it's obvious they're not there to provide excellent customer service.
