  Printer failed to print out from USB. The reception told me to use computer that she logged in, WITHOUT telling me there would be a $4 service change to do so!! If the printer was ok to use USB, I would not have to use her computer!! This was totally not my problem.

  I've had Box here for 5 plus years. Convenient, good service. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. No issuing getting charge for a lable because I print my own at home. But it's a business and if I was using them to do stuff, I won't complain. Just sayin'

  Very disappointed with my experience at this UPS Store. The customer service was extremely poor. The employee I dealt with was rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. I had a simple question and could not get a proper answer. I came in as a paying customer and business owner who regularly uses shipping services, yet I felt judged and treated with disrespect. Instead of receiving professional service, I was made to feel unwelcome and ignored. Customer service should be based on respect and professionalism, regardless of how someone looks or how tired they may be after a long day of work. Unfortunately, this location failed completely in that regard. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable doing business at this UPS Store and will be looking at other shipping options in the futur

  Clean and welcoming, plenty of parking in the lot. Went for shredding and a online return. No complaints from me.
