  I’ve had a P.O. box here for about a year and have always loved my interactions with the staff. Everyone has always been very friendly and efficient. One time they did misplace a package of mine but quickly found it and offered to cover a couple months of PO fees in order to make up for it. I have used them to ship packages, and they are always very quick and helpful. Will definitely keep coming here in the future!

  As I was walking up with a large rug, one of the gentlemen working there ran to get the door for me and take the heavy rug. Per usual my transaction was quick, the staff was friendly and there’s never a reason to go anywhere else. The customer service at this location is something from another area completely.

  Came in for a notary appointment, we were told by an employee to come Before 10 and that they open at 9. We came at 9 and were told they open 9:30- that’s fine we waited came in at 9:40 and the manager was super rude saying our appt is at 10, I said ok but we were told before 10 and also that they open at 9, she started yelling at me in front of my small kids that “their employees know their hours” when I calmly said ok but that was what I was told-she yelled more and said that she will not help us since we are arguing. Not sure if she was having a rough morning or what but she was incredibly rude and aggressive. We went elsewhere for our needs and will never come to this branch again
