  We ordered sandwiches online at this location, traveled thirty minutes to get there, and when we show up, the lady tells us, we don't have an order here. Are card was charged? She continues to say if we put any kind of discount or coupon in our order. Which we did, then it would have rejected it through their system. Never got our sandwiches.Never got our refund until we went to our bank. The lady was super rude and the service obviously is garbage with these people. Avoid this location.

  When I walked in at 7:48pm the employee asked me, "are you paying card or cash?" I said, "well I can do either. Which is better for you?" And she says, "My system is slow; I can't take your order at all." Like what the heck?! Why ask me then?! Terrible customer service

  Worst Subway I have ever been to. First time we tried they were so skimpy on their toppings we had to ask for more of everything. This next time around, I tried taking advantage of the April BOGO and after 5 attempts they canceled every one of my orders. When I called and asked about it, they blatantly lied and said they never got any of my orders. So I ordered at the Diamond Springs subway location, my order went through and they were so kind and didnt give us any issues. Definitely go to the Subway in Diamond Springs, these guys on Broadway are a joke.

  Genuinely disappointed in this Subway Location in Placerville on Broadway. This is the second time I’ve placed an online order through them and used a deal the Bogo FL, they canceled my order. This was two separate occasions as well. The first time I let it go thinking they made a mistake cancelling it. The the second time was intentional because I was waiting outside the store when I watched them cancel the order when it came through. This time I went inside and asked why the order got canceled and the lady working said “ They never received an order”. Just so you guys know, my order is only get canceled when I use deals. If I pay full price for the meal, they always go through. Call it what you want, but I placed the same order at the Diamond Springs location and had no problems whatsoever. I do not recommend going to the one in downtown Placerville Instead, make the five minute extra drive and go to the one in diamond Springs
