  Extremely poor customer service,.the woman rep working their (didn't identify herself at all) . She has no customer service background at all. I ask for help with my cricket phones which I am having issues with. She informed me call customer support, I informed her I did and they told me to get to the store. She said oh well, and proceeded to help someone else. I would never recommend this place . You get better service with someone over seas than here is southern California. Out source everything maybe some people will get the wake up call. It's really interesting that feedback never addressed the issue and no effort from owner . You as the owner should be trained in customer service.
