  Very rude and unprofessional. You see the difference in how they treat others. Came here 3 days in a row to do My live scan because it’s closer to home and I was told 3 different excuses. They close at 3 today and I was told I couldn’t be helped because they are about to close. Mind you it not even 3 as I write this review.

  I wish I could give 0 star here at this location. I use a lot ups store services, but honestly this is the only location I’ve been 3 times and have been treated like sh!t and the 3 times it’s always this senior(old lady) that is always mad for no reason, rude as hell. I don’t understand, maybe it’s time for her to retire?since she’s clearly not happy and it’s extremely unhelpful.

  This location needs to look at their employees. I got the worst service by the lady that always wear the day of the dead mask. This is not the first time either. She is very rude and by far the worst person in that office. If I see her working I will turn around and come back when she is off. UPS please do better or have her in the back where she is not dealing with customers.

  In the past this store served me well. Lately they have been trying to sell me some stuff I don’t need or want. Be sure whatever you have to ship is good or they will sell you their box or bag. Discussting! I’m going to the one near the parkway from here forward. Update: This store is better than the one star I gave them. The issue I described was my misunderstanding. They were just communicating Amazon returns policy to me.

  The notary at the store does not know what she’s talking about. Went to go get a letter notarized to take my granddaughter to go see her uncle in the state prison. The notary crossed out the paperwork and attached another form which was not acceptable. 6 Hour Drive both ways!Do not listen to her she does not know what she’s talking about. I’m going back on Monday to get my money back.
