The girl/lady who wears a face mask is the most miserable person to ever work at a company, I never had a problem with my name on my account and for some reason as soon as I asked her about an update on my order bc she was holding off on my sandwich and helping other people before me she told me straight to my face “if you don’t use an actual name I’m not making your sandwich” which threw me off bc never was my name an issue. I would retrain your staff bc the atmosphere was sadder than the worker herself.

Staff, specifically Glenda and Rocio are great. Always pleasant and friendly. I make sure to eat lunch here 2-3 times a week.
